So far Mark (on the left in the photo) and Kris have visited dozens of estate and small-batch distillers around the Pacific, including in The Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan. We have also talked to more producers in Cambodia and have even sourced rum from Vietnam through a company in The Netherlands for our expert Pacific that are coming to you, soon, along with spirits ordered directly from the Pacific region distillers we have identified as offer fine spirits.
